DR. JUSTIN KERR, DVM

Dr. Kerr was born in Huntsville, Alabama but grew up in Sarasota, Florida. He attended University of Central Florida for his bachelor's degree, Ross University for veterinary schooling, and North Carolina State University for his clinical training, graduating with highest honors. He was a competitive athlete and is a lifelong martial arts and fitness enthusiast. Dr. Justin and Mrs. Alicia Kerr's beloved pets include a pit bull (Balou), Presa Canario (Pearl), Frenchies (Chewy, Snuggles, Pantera, Petey, and Dandelion), and a 30-pound Siberian cat (Juergen). Dr. Kerr's professional priority is to help the people and the pets of his community while increasing the level of care we are capable of providing for our best friends.

Dr. Strugariu, DVM
Dr. Strugariu is a 1994 graduate from the University of Agricultural Science in Bucharest, Romania. He practiced veterinary medicine in Romania for several years prior to coming to the United States. He completed the ECFVG program at Iowa State University in 2006. Dr. Strugariu practiced in Illinois before he relocated to southwest Florida about 7 years ago to enjoy outdoor activities and to be closer to the beach! We are very grateful to have him on our team.

Dr. Welsh, DVM
Dr. Kristie Welsh is originally from Kentucky and has called Florida home for over 22 years. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004 and has dedicated her career to compassionate, relationship-centered veterinary care ever since.
Her favorite part of being a veterinarian is building lasting connections with pets and their families, often caring for them through every stage of life. Driven by a passion for extending both the longevity and quality of life of her patients, Dr. Welsh has developed special interests in preventative care, genetics, and integrative pain management therapies including cold laser therapy and acupuncture.
Dr. Welsh currently resides in Cape Coral, Florida, with her husband, Chris, their son, KC, and their two Goldendoodles, Arthur and Boomer. Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her plants, and continuing to explore innovative ways to improve patient comfort and care. We are happy to have her on our team.

Dr. Jeremy Johnson was born and raised here in the great state of Florida. He received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University and his doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Mandi and has 2 daughters Malia and Layla. He also has a pack of three Golden Retrievers - Kono, Kenai and Kiara. Jeremy loves running, working out, and spending time with his family.
