What is Moringa?

Moringa Olifera, the “miracle tree”, is one of nature’s most potent sources of anti-inflammatories and antioxidants. Its seeds and leaves also contain virtually every vitamin and mineral required by the body on a daily basis. Therefore, supplementation of one’s diet with these compounds will not only optimize the functioning of the body, improving one’s health, but will also limit cumulative oxidative damage to cells and structures which is the basis of aging and degeneration. Overall, this nutrient has the potential to add length and quality to yours and your pet’s lives. It has been used by people for more than five thousand years to prevent cancer and treat a wide variety of diseases from diabetes to high blood pressure. Additionally, the oil is a potent antifungal and antibiotic which is very useful topically for skin conditions. This means that the same oil which holds numerous benefits inside the body can be applied to control annoying and often itchy or painful skin conditions. By virtue of its various components, the oil has the potential to quiet inflammation (even if auto-immune in nature such as eczema or psoriasis) while simultaneously sterilizing the skin of fungal and bacterial invaders and repairing the skin barrier with healthy fatty compounds which keeps the overall integrity intact and prevents future problems.
For your convenience, we have formulated a variety of products instilled with the power of Moringa, including the Moringa soap. This product is the perfect maintenance cleanser for total body bathing or for spot treatment of pesky areas with more problems. Most effective if lathered and applied directly or suspended in water and soaked. Either way, allow 5-10 minutes of contact for best results.
Both dry matter (leaves) and oil (extracted from seeds) can be ingested for positive health results. The oil can be taken directly or used in the preparation of food and the leaves are directly ingested by food or drink. The nutrients have a soothing effect on the joints, the cardiovascular system, and the neurologic system due to innate and natural compounds.

Back in 2012, Dr. Kerr and his wife, Alicia, moved to St. Kitts, West Indies where they were introduced to this wonderful tree. Ever since, Alicia has been dedicating her time to producing fresh Moringa products for you and your family. Not only has this tree changed their lives for the better but many others around them including PETS!
